Illena Antonetti, MD, grew up in Lockhart, Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she graduated with general honors, double majored in Microbiology and Immunology, and triple minored in Chemistry, Psychology, and Spanish. Dr. Antonetti attended medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York, where she benefited from the school’s focus on the biopsychosocial model of patient-focused, humanistic medical care. She trained at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, for her internal medicine residency and was elected chief resident. She then completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She began practice in Orlando, Florida, on July 1, 2013 (the very next day after her fellowship ended!). She specializes in providing kindness, empathy, patient-centered care, and general cardiology. Dr. Antonetti has experience in inpatient and outpatient cardiac care, as well as stress testing, initial arrhythmia management, and echocardiography. She enjoys seeing patients from all walks of life, and her number one goal is to take excellent care of them. She has published numerous articles and book chapters on hypertension, women’s heart health, and adult congenital coronary disease. She is fluent in Spanish and English and serves the downtown Orlando and East Orlando communities.

Specializing in cardiac electrophysiology, Dr. Agnihotri has performed over 300 ablations as a primary operator for Cryo A fib ablations, left atrial ablations, atrial flutter, and more. He completed a fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA, as well as a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. In addition, Dr. Agnihotri holds diplomates in clinical cardiac electrophysiology, cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine - St. Francis Hospital after receiving his MBBS from Panjab University - Government Medical College in Chandigarh, India.

MDDr. Carolina Demori is a cardiology specialist in Orlando, FL and has over 30 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Luis Razetti Medical School at Central University of Venezuela in 1993 and completed her internal medicine residency in Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additionally, she trained in adult cardiology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL and completed an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship at University of Florida at Shands in Gainesville.
Dr. Demori specializes in general cardiology, heart failure, cardiac amyloidosis, women and heart disease including pregnancy and heart disease, cardiooncology, and advanced cardiovascular imaging. She is board certified in general cardiology, advanced heart failure and transplant, adult echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac CT. Dr. Demori believes and strives to provide excellent, compassionate, and patient-centered medical care. She is fluent in Spanish and English

Aisha received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Turabo University, Gurabo, Puerto Rico. She is also board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board as a Family Nurse practitioner (FNP-C) Her specialties include CPR, ACLS, Phlebotomist, Electropathophysiology, Basic Critical Care and is Fully Bilingual English / Spanish.

Dr. Cristina Rios is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and nursing education. Dr. Rios obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from South University, a Master of Science in Nursing from South University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Central Florida. Throughout her career, Dr. Rios has focused on primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health.
Dr. Rios is deeply committed to advancing patient-centered care and improving healthcare outcomes through evidence-based practices. As a passionate advocate for underserved populations, they have spearheaded several community initiatives, particularly in the cardiometabolic setting. Her hard work has earned her recognition for the Nursing Excellence Award in 2018 Orlando Health.
In addition to their clinical practice, Dr. Rios is an active educator, mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Dr. Rios is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Her capstone project focused on improving obesity related heart failure which has been presented at National conferences.
Outside of work, Dr. Rios enjoys playing the piano, Pilates, family and reflecting their belief in maintaining a balanced, holistic approach to both personal and professional life.

Georgia “Nikki” Lowe is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a background in critical care with over 20 years experience in critical and cardiovascular conditions. Currently focuses on providing high quality care in the outpatient setting for various cardiovascular and cardio-metabolic conditions.
Obtained Masters degree in Nursing from South University in 2014, and then became Board Certified in Adult Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). I am currently a member of AANP, and have my ACLS/BLS with previous certification in CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse)
My patient care philosophy is to treat everyone individually and to listen and make a shared decision in their unique needs. I enjoy spending time with my patients to be able to educate and treat them whether it is an acute or chronic illness so that knowledge leads to better health outcomes.
When not working I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and seeking further educational opportunities to allow me continue to grow both personally and professionally.
